NoBoVersum is committed to ensuring that all its training programs – whether a simple online course or a longer-term training program – meet the above requirements. When compiling our training curriculum, we always start from the premise that practical knowledge is needed in the labour market. To ensure this, beyond sharing experience-based knowledge, a new kind of educational method is also necessary. NoBoVersum is a firm believer in the project-based, adaptive educational methodology. What does this mean?

The Pillars of the Project-Based, Adaptive, Molecular Educational Methodology:

Project-Based Education:

In addition to acquiring theoretical material at home, participants solve realistic, practical project tasks in a cooperative manner. This method, based on the cooperation of participants, also helps develop various skills of the participants.

Adaptive Education:

Based on the recognition that the learning abilities, aptitudes, and related knowledge of individual participants differ significantly, and that these differences require such learning and teaching methodological tools and materials that adapt to the individual learner(s).

Molecular Education:

An educational method in which theoretical knowledge is acquired in smaller, flexible digital units (so-called learning molecules) that adapt to the participant's individual knowledge and learning pace.
