Prepare for the EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act)
– conveniently, efficiently, and with expert support!
The AI Act imposes a new obligation on companies using high-risk AI systems: they must provide their employees with the basic knowledge necessary to use artificial intelligence – this is referred to as AI Literacy in the regulation. This requirement does not only apply to technology companies! In addition, it is strongly recommended that other companies and organizations provide AI Literacy training.
We take the burden of internal training off your shoulders! We organize and conduct comprehensive training on artificial intelligence.
We issue a certificate for the customized training, so your company can credibly demonstrate that it has met the AI Literacy requirement.
Why Choose Us?
✓ Preliminary needs and knowledge assessment
Before the training, we thoroughly assess the AI knowledge of the participants using online tests and questionnaires. As part of this, we also identify the work processes or areas where AI is already present or is expected to appear in the organization.
✓ Customized topics – using company-specific practical examples
Our topics, developed by experts, are based on the company’s actual work processes, specific industry and other requirements, real decision-making situations, and AI applications.
✓ Fast, flexible implementation
We also tailor the training format to the company’s needs: we offer online or in-person training, half-day, one-day or multi-day courses.
✓ Expert instructor(s) and exclusive training materials
We provide experienced lecturers who teach in a clear and practical manner. We provide customized training materials in both printed and digital form.
✓ Certificate – for participants and the company

To Whom Do We Recommend the Training?
✓ Organizations that use or develop artificial intelligence.
✓ Organizations that use AI systems classified as high risk, such as in healthcare, education, critical infrastructure (energy supply, water supply, transportation networks), labor market and HR, financial services, migration and border control, law enforcement and justice, as the AI Act imposes stricter compliance obligations on them, so targeted training of employees in these areas is crucial. as the AI Act imposes stricter compliance obligations on them, so targeted training for employees in these areas is crucial.
✓ HR and compliance managers who want to proactively ensure that their employees have the required AI knowledge.
Frequently Asked Questions
AI Literacy refers to the basic knowledge required for the understanding, safe, and responsible use of artificial intelligence systems. This includes, for example, the basic principles of how AI works, the recognition of potential risks, and the conscious handling of ethical and legal dilemmas.
Yes, if the company uses a so-called high-risk AI system. Article 29 of the AI Act stipulates that in such cases, users must receive appropriate training, in particular on the correct interpretation of the system’s functioning and understanding its limitations.
The regulation lists these in a separate annex (Annex III). Examples include AI systems used in:
- HR (e.g., recruitment, promotion, performance evaluation),
- education (e.g., testing, grading),
- healthcare (e.g., diagnostic support),
- the financial sector (e.g., credit assessment),
- critical infrastructure (e.g., traffic control, energy networks),
- or law enforcement/justice purposes.
In practice, this means that organizations using high-risk AI systems must:
- prepare users of AI systems for conscious and safe use,
- document that the training has been completed,
- and provide practical, job-related knowledge during the training that is consistent with the spirit and requirements of the AI Act.
It is not legally required, but it is strongly recommended. Why?
- Because, according to the preamble of the AI Act, AI users must always be aware of how the technology works.
- Because a wrong decision or misunderstanding can carry reputational, legal, or ethical risks.
- Because the nature of AI solutions can change over time – what is not “high risk” today may be tomorrow.
- Because employees’ knowledge of AI is a competitive advantage in digital operations.
