NoBoVersum Zrt. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) acknowledges the contents of this legal notice as binding upon itself.

In connection with its sales and service activities, the Data Controller processes the personal data of registered users solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and ensuring obligations related to performance (e.g. invoicing), as well as for providing the service. The Data Controller only processes personal data that are indispensable for achieving the purpose of the processing and suitable for fulfilling that purpose. Personal data are processed only to the extent and for the duration necessary for achieving the intended purpose.

The Data Controller uses personal data for marketing and promotional purposes only if the data subject has given separate consent for such use.

The Data Controller is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and partners and considers the respect of its customers’ right to informational self-determination to be of utmost importance. The Data Controller treats personal data confidentially and takes all security, technical, and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data.

II. Scope of Processed Data

During purchases made through the webshop, we process the following personal data:

  • name
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • billing information (company name, registered office, tax number)
  • payment information (amount, payment method, transaction date)
  • name of the ordered training material or service

The purpose of the data processing is the fulfillment of customer orders, invoicing, payment processing, and providing access to the training materials.

III. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

The purpose of the data processing is the sale of digital training materials and the execution of related technical and administrative operations.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. the performance of a contract concluded with the purchaser. In the case of invoicing and accounting-related data processing, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

IV. Registration in the LMS System

Following the purchase, the data subject’s name and e-mail address are registered in the Data Controller’s learning management system available at https://noboversum.coursegarden.com

The purpose of the registration is to provide access to the purchased training material and ensure the necessary technical access.

The LMS system stores only data related to the training material and does not use the data for marketing or any other purposes.

V. Data Transfers

The Data Controller may transfer data to the following service providers:

  • Barion Payment Zrt. – if the customer pays via Barion
  • invoicing software provider – for the lawful issuance of invoices
  • LMS provider – for ensuring technical access to the training materials

In all cases, data transfers are limited strictly to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.

VI. Data Retention Period

The provided personal data are processed for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and for the retention period prescribed by applicable laws. Registration data necessary for accessing the training materials are retained for a maximum of 1 year following the termination of access rights.

VII. Rights of Data Subjects

You are entitled to request information regarding the processing of your personal data and may request the rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of such data, as well as object to the processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.naih.hu).
